Noah Kitts – Patent Agent

Mr. Kitts' practice focuses on patent portfolio development, primarily through the preparation and prosecution of patents.

Practice & Background

Mr. Kitts is a registered patent agent with experience prosecuting patent applications in a wide range of technology areas including: computer hardware and software, mobile devices, virtual computing, memory management, and networking. 

Before joining KLS, Mr. Kitts worked as a quality engineer for a thin film optics company, where he oversaw the company’s manufacturing and engineering processes.  During undergrad, Mr. Kitts worked as a nuclear physics research assistant at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, where he was heavily involved in the fabrication and testing of multiple particle detectors. 

Mr. Kitts received his B.S. in Physics from Abilene Christian University.
